Impacto del uso de la IA en la autonomía del pensamiento crítico en jóvenes: una revisión sistemática

A Spanish-language systematic review of research on how AI use affects the autonomy of critical thinking in young people. The authors gathered recent studies and put one question to them: does a young person who thinks with AI still think for themselves.

The recurring finding: over-dependence fosters “cognitive laziness” and a false sense of automated reasoning. The person feels they understand — having seen a ready answer — though the reasoning took place outside them. The review also notes that the effect depends on the mode of use: the tool as a starting point for one’s own analysis yields different outcomes than the tool as a replacement.

The entry matters twice over. It confirms the mechanism described in Anglophone research in another linguistic and educational sphere. And it speaks of autonomy directly, as something that can be lost — not of “21st-century skills”. Caveat: a review, not primary research; the conclusions are only as good as the studies gathered.
