Czy sztuczna inteligencja jest bezpieczna dla psychiki?
Serwis Zdrowie PAP, 2025
The technology runs faster than the research into its cost.
A Polish overview of the state of research from the health service of the Polish Press Agency, written for a reader without scientific training. It gathers findings on the effect of AI on the psyche and sets them beside what is known about addiction to digital media.
The main threads: the risk of psychological dependence concentrates in socially isolated people, for whom talking to a machine is the most accessible form of contact; and pace — the technology develops faster than research into its health effects, so decisions about use are made today with knowledge that arrives tomorrow.
The value of the entry: the Polish language and the context of the Polish mental-health system. For personal use it is a point of entry — a text one can hand to someone who will not reach for a Nature paper. Caveat: a press overview, not a study; the evidence comes from the works it discusses, which stand beside it in this library.
